alila offers free USPS first class shipping on all orders. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive and process your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking number as soon as your package ships. As of now, we can only ship directly to US addresses, but please sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on international shipping availability. Refund Policy

We hope you will love your alila products, but in the event that you are unsatisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@alilabeauty.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer support team will assist you with your return. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount. If any items are destroyed or damaged when you receive your order, email hello@alilabeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the items, and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
