Bogosplit, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Rhode Island (“Bogosplit”, “Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), which operates website, Bogosplit mobile application, and the services provided through both, as well as various associated social media fora (collectively referred to as the “Service”). Bogosplit is a platform that allows businesses to connect with consumers and to promote their sales of products and events. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

It does however cover Bogosplit social media accounts.

11) Bogosplit maintains all records in their entirety until and unless the User requests account deletion, at which time we will delete all personal information without undue delay. If you request that we erase your personal information, you will be required to delete your account and will not be eligible to use the Service unless you open another account.
