After we inspect the condition of any returnable item(s), we will notify you of the following:
Full refund minus the cost of return shipping for items for other reasons (changed your mind, the fit, the color, etc.), determined on a case by case basis.
Full refund including shipping costs for damaged/defective items.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please allow 3-4 weeks, from when we receive your return, to process any qualifying refunds due to delays during COVID-19.
All sale items (excluding promotional discounts in which the above terms apply).

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Standard Return Policy
Have within 14 days of delivery to return any returnable item(s). After 14 days, all items are non-returnable.
Returnable item(s) must be unworn, in new condition, and accompanied by an order packing slip.
*To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST – Order # [Enter Order Number, if applicable].

We will issue you a return label, if applicable.
Please allow 5-7 business days, upon delivery of your return, for review.
We will notify you once we receive your returned item.

Cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error or defective item(s).
